Rucas has been crafting mattresses since 1998, with a focus on comfort, support, and durability that lasts. But comfort isn’t the same everywhere — especially in Singapore.
Our warm, humid climate often makes standard mattresses trap heat, causing sleep to feel warm and restless. Over time, many mattresses also lose support, leading to lower back or shoulder discomfort and uneven pressure on the body.
Made for the Way Singapore Sleeps
To address these needs, Rucas works in exclusive collaboration with Nova Singapore to develop mattress models that are specifically suited to the way people in Singapore sleep. This collaboration is not about rebranding existing mattresses; it is a co-design process where every detail is intentionally considered and adjusted.

Pocket spring systems are tuned to provide stable spinal alignment without feeling overly firm or rigid.

Cushioning is calibrated to achieve a balanced “not too soft, not too hard” comfort that suits common local sleep preferences.
Manufactured in a Certified Facility
Our Rucas mattress collection is produced in a factory that adheres to international quality and safety standards.
The manufacturing facility and its materials comply with well-recognised testing requirements, including:

CertiPUR-US®: Foams are made without harmful chemicals such as formaldehyde, heavy metals, or ozone depleters.

OEKO-TEX® Standard: Textile components are tested to be free from substances that may be harmful to health.

CFR1633 & BS7177 Flammability Standards: Fabric and foam layers are evaluated for fire safety under regulated testing protocols.
